Option A: OE21 Implementation (Base Price $6000 for OE21 login access and use of all OE21 tools & surveys)

Option A is for organizations who want to go all the way with our OE21 System, including training and full implementation of the OE21 Standards (27) and OE21 Decision Support Tools (60). The base price of $6000 includes one-year login access to www.oe21.net (where all OE21 Standards, Decision Support Tools and training lectures reside.

The base price also includes OE21 login, training, and Implementation Advisory Support for the four (4) managers and the organization’s senior leaders. This option authorizes four (4) managers to have full access to all OE21 standards, tools, and surveys for one year. Additional managers may have the same benefits for the price of $100 per manager. (See Option B).

NOTICE - We suggest you select at least two managers from each of the following positions in your organization:

• LEADERSHIP (CEO or other senior leaders such as CFO, CIO, CMO, CHRM, etc.)
• CUSTOMER (Manager of marketing, sales or customer relationships/support)
• OPERATIONS (Manager of product or service design, development, delivery; project manager, supply chain/supplier manager, quality manager, risk manager, admin manager)
• WORKFORCE (Manager of Human Resources, Work Unit Manager or Supervisor)

PRICE EXAMPLES:

EXAMPLE 1 - Four (4) managers (one from each of the four roles (leadership, customer, operations, workforce). Your total price is $6000 for the first year. Years 2 and beyond: If you wish to continue access to OE21 online standards, tools, and surveys as well as Implementation Advisory Support you pay 10% of Year 1 Price ($600) each additional year.

EXAMPLE 2 (Recommended) - Eight (8) managers; two from each of the four roles (leadership, customer, operations, workforce). Your total price is $6000 (base price) which includes four of the eight managers and an additional price of $400 ($100/manager) for the other four managers. Your total price is $6400 for the first year; and $640 (10%) for each additional year which gives you continued OE21 access and Implementation Advisory Support.  

EXAMPLE 3 - (a larger organization) Thirty-two (32) managers; eight (8) from each of the four roles (leadership, customer, operations, workforce). Your total price is $6000 (base price) which includes four of the eight managers and an additional price of $2,800 ($100/manager) for the other twenty-eight (28) managers. Your total price is $8,800 for the first year; and $880 (10%) for each additional year which gives you continued OE21 access and Implementation Advisory Support. 

OE21 ACCESS AND USE OF OE21 TOOLS, SURVEYS AND CONTENT - Your Base Price includes a login to www.oe21.net for OE21 participants (managers and senior leaders). You receive copies of all OE21 tools and surveys (about sixty total) and the license to link them to your own INTRANET (non-public) web site pages. 

IMPLEMENTATION ADVISORY SUPPORT - Email support for the full year. When necessary we may use live on-line meetings using Zoom or similar meeting apps in order to give you the best support we can provide, including how to use OE21 tools and surveys and how to keep your focus teams motivated and productive.
