About the ACI-Success Readiness Program

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCT - When you do the Cart Check Out process, you will be asked for your Email address. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an Email with a link to download this product. 

This program consists of a spreadsheet diagnostic tool combined with one hour online training for the business owners and leaders. The program is designed to help new or start-up business owners and entrepreneurs do critical thinking before they put together their comprehensive Business Plan.

The ACI-Success Readiness Program provides a progressive Business Readiness score that shows your level of knowledge and preparations toward starting the new business or nonprofit organization. The goal is to do as much preparation as possible (at least up to a Business Readiness score of 80% or greater, before you complete your Business Plan and seek funding, or before you open the doors and start incurring costs.

Highlights of the ACI-Success Readiness Program

1 - First you attend our one-hour Webinar (mutually scheduled date/time).

2 - The Webinar training shows you how to use the ACI-Success Readiness tool to measure the actual % of readiness in to start a successful business or nonprofit organization; during the webinar you simulate your own rating scores to get you started.

3 - The Webinar shows you how to rate your organizations performance in response to questions embedded in the ACI-Success Readiness spreadsheet.

4 - At the end of the Webinar the online instructor shows you the ACI-Success Readiness score and answers any questions you may have.

5 - After the Webinar is over, you receive an email with attached copy of the ACI-Success Readiness program (it runs inside most versions of Microsoft Excel).

6 - Once you have your program, your organization can use it to conduct your own in-depth assessment and produce your own ACI-Business Readiness Dashboard. Each of the colored blocks on the dashboard are linked to questions that you rate. You add progress tasks, percent of completion and determine the actual progress and level of readiness you are at as you continue to prepare for a successful business or nonprofit organization.
