Highlights of the ACI-Xray Program
1 - First you attend our one-hour Webinar (mutually scheduled date/time).
2 - The Webinar training shows you how to use the ACI-Xray to pinpoint problems in your own organization; during the online session you "simulate" rating your own company.
3 - The Webinar shows you how to rate your organizations performance in response to questions embedded in the ACI-Xray spreadsheet.
4 - At the end of the Webinar the online instructor shows you the ACI-Xray "dashboard" results and answers any questions you may have.
5 - After the Webinar is over, you receive an email with attached copy of the ACI-Xray program (it runs inside most versions of Microsoft Excel).
6 - Once you have your ACI-Xray, your organization can use it to conduct your own in-depth assessment and produce your own ACI-Xray Dashboard. Each of the colored blocks on the dashboard are linked to questions that you rate. You add narrative analysis, probable cause, and action plans that your people work on to REMOVE weaknesses before it is too late!
