This is the initial deposit (first $250) or final payment (another $250) for creating a DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) web site. Normally, both the initial deposit and final payment are made in the first 30 days from web site start. 

The $500 total is paid to the HPO21 Institute for web site research, content writing, image collections and site building- all of which are reviewed and approved by the customer (a DBE Business Owner). The $500 total fee does not include the additional charge from the web hosting company for hosting the site for one year, the domain name and site boosting (search engine registration, etc.). 

During and after the web site creation process the customer reviews and approves all pages, content and images. As requested by customer changes are made by AfCI for a period of one year from initial deposit.
